┃Web3 Wallets
TOZ Universe supports WEMIX WALLET and MetaMask as WEMIX 3.0 DApps. Please refer to the wallet user guide provided in the WEMIX library.
To access various services within the WEMIX ecosystem, you need to create a WEMIX 3.0 or MetaMask wallet. Follow the guide below to learn how to create a wallet. It's crucial to record and securely store the password and recovery phrase generated during the wallet creation process. Failure to store the recovery phrase, and situations such as deleting the app, changing your phone, or exposing the recovery phrase to someone else, pose a risk of losing assets in the wallet.
Create WEMIX3.0 Wallet
1. Download and Install WEMIX3.0 Wallet
When creating a new wallet, you cannot proceed without agreeing to the terms of service and privacy policy. After agreeing to the terms, you'll register a password, noting that the password must be a minimum of 3 characters and cannot consist solely of the same numbers.
With WEMIX 3.0 wallet, you can either create a new account by selecting the 'Create New Wallet' button or recover an existing account by choosing the 'Restore Existing Wallet' button.
WEMIX3.0 wallet can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store.
2. Register Password and Biometric Authentication Methods
When registering your password, the system will ask whether you want to register biometric authentication methods (Face ID, Touch ID). If you register a biometric authentication method, you can use the device's biometric information instead of a password for authentication for the app.
3. Create and Verify Wallet Recovery Phrase
Once the password is successfully registered, you can verify the recovery phrase for the created wallet. It is important to be cautious and not share the recovery phrase with others under any circumstances. If you fail to select the correct words in the correct order during the recovery phrase verification, you will not be able to complete the wallet creation process. Once the recovery phrase verification is successful, the new wallet will be created successfully.
4. Complete Wallet Creation
Once all steps are completed, you can use the wallet you have successfully created.
Connect WEMIX Wallet
To connect your WEMIX 3.0 wallet, click the 'Connect' button in the top right corner of the TOZ Universe service page.
Login to your WEMIX 3.0 wallet by entering the password. Click the QR scan button in the top right corner and scan the QR code from the TOZ Universe service page. For the initial connection to TOZ Universe, allow WEMIX 3.0 wallet to connect with TOZ Universe.
Clicking on the wallet address in the top right corner allows you to check the status of the wallet connected to TOZ Universe.
Create MetaMask Wallet
1. Download and Install MetaMask
MetaMask can be downloaded and installed through https://metamask.io or the Chrome Web Store. Once downloaded, you can add the MetaMask extension to your Chrome web browser.
When MetaMask is launched, you have the option to create a new account or recover an existing one. Selecting the 'Create a new wallet' button allows you to generate a new wallet account, while choosing the 'Import an existing wallet' button enables the recovery of a previously created wallet account.
2. Set Password
Set a password to access MetaMask. If you do not agree to the terms of service and privacy policy when creating a new wallet, you cannot proceed with wallet creation.
3. Create and Verify Wallet Recovery Phrase
If you are unable to select the correct words in the right order during the confirmation of the recovery phrase, you will not be able to complete the wallet creation. Once the recovery phrase confirmation is successful, the new wallet will be created successfully.
If the password is successfully registered, you can verify the recovery phrase for the created wallet. It is crucial to exercise caution and avoid sharing the recovery phrase with anyone under any circumstances. If you lose the recovery phrase, you won't be able to recover the wallet.
4. Complete MetaMask Creation
Once you have completed all the steps, you can use the wallet you have successfully created.
5. Switch Network
When connecting your wallet to TOZ Universe, it will automatically switch to WEMIX 3.0.
If the network does not switch automatically, please follow the steps below to manually add WEMIX 3.0 to your wallet.
1) Go to https://chainlist.org/
2) After connecting the wallet, add WEMIX 3.0 Mainnet.
Connect MetaMask Wallet
Click the 'Connect' button in the top right corner of TOZ Universe service page to link your MetaMask wallet.
Enter your MetaMask password and log in. For the initial connection to TOZ Universe, allow MetaMask to connect with TOZ Universe.
Clicking on the wallet address in the top right corner allows you to check the status of the wallet connected to TOZ Universe.
Add WEMIX Network to MetaMask
"Settings" > "Networks" > Click on the "Add network" button
Click on the "Add a network manually" button
Enter the information below and click on the "save" button
Network Name: WEMIX_3.0
New RPC URL: https://api.wemix.com/
Chain ID: 1111
Symbol: WEMIX
Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.wemix.com
WEMIX network successfully added.
